Greenstone Publishing LLC ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data when you use our mobile application ("the App").

1. Information We Collect

The App is designed to operate locally on your device with minimal data collection:

Device Information: iOS version, device model, and technical specifications required for app functionality

User-Provided Data: RSS feed URLs, API keys, and configuration settings you choose to add

Local Processing: All AI processing occurs on your device using Apple's on-device intelligence

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely for:

Providing core app functionality (AI processing, RSS reading, data summarization)

Connecting to third-party services you explicitly configure (weather, email, news, etc.)

Improving app performance and user experience

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

2a. Local AI Processing with Apple Intelligence

All email content, calendar events, voice transcripts, and conversations are processed locally on your device using Apple Intelligence (Apple Foundation Models). This data is NOT transmitted to our servers or any third-party AI services. Your personal communications remain private and secure on your device.

3. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored locally on your device

No personal information is transmitted to our servers

API keys and credentials are stored securely in your device's keychain

Third-party API calls are made directly from your device to the respective services

4. Third-Party Services

When you configure third-party integrations (weather, email, traffic, stocks, news), the App may communicate directly with those services. Each service has its own privacy policy:

Apple Services:

• WeatherKit: Apple's weather service (covered by Apple's privacy policy)

• MapKit: Apple's mapping and traffic service for commute routing (covered by Apple's privacy policy)

• Apple Intelligence: On-device AI processing (no data transmitted externally)

Email Services:

• Gmail: Google's email service (subject to Google's privacy policy)

• iCloud Mail: Apple's email service (subject to Apple's privacy policy)

• Yahoo Mail: Yahoo's email service (subject to Yahoo's privacy policy)

News Services:

• RSS feeds and news APIs you configure (subject to each publisher's privacy policy)

Stock Services:

• Alpha Vantage: Optional stock quote provider (requires user's own API key)

• See Section 4a below for detailed information about stock data sharing

You are responsible for reviewing and accepting the privacy policies of any third-party services you integrate.

• Apple, WeatherKit, MapKit, Apple Intelligence, and iCloud are trademarks of Apple Inc.

• Gmail is a trademark of Google LLC

• Yahoo and Yahoo Mail are trademarks of Yahoo Inc.

• Alpha Vantage is a service provided by Alpha Vantage Inc.

4a. Specific Third-Party Data Sharing

The App shares specific data with the following third party to provide certain features:

Alpha Vantage (Optional Stock Portfolio Feature):

• What is shared: Stock ticker symbols (e.g., AAPL, GOOGL) from your portfolio

• Purpose: To retrieve real-time stock quotes for your tracked investments

• When: Only if you enable stock portfolio tracking and provide your own Alpha Vantage API key

• Third-party privacy policy: https://www.alphavantage.co/privacy_policy/

• Note: No financial account information, portfolio holdings, quantities, purchase prices, or values are shared. This feature is optional and can be disabled at any time.

All Other Data (Email, Calendar, Conversations, Voice, Traffic):

• Processed locally on your device using Apple frameworks (Apple Intelligence, MapKit)

• Traffic routing uses Apple MapKit (home/work addresses sent to Apple's servers for route calculation)

• Email content processed on-device only (Gmail, iCloud, Yahoo credentials stored in device keychain)

• NOT shared with any third parties except Apple for traffic routing

• NOT sent to our servers or external AI services

5. Apple Sign-In and Subscription Management

If you sign in with Apple:

We receive only the information you authorize (typically email and name)

Apple Sign-In provides privacy protection features like email relay

Your Apple ID is used solely for authentication and subscription verification

Subscription Management:

• All subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store system

• Subscription data (billing, payment methods, renewal dates) is handled by Apple, not by us

• We do not have access to your payment information

• Manage your subscription: iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions, or tap "Manage Subscription" in the app (opens Apple's subscription page)

• Cancel anytime through Apple's system (we cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf)

6. Children's Privacy

The App is rated 16+ in the App Store and is intended for users ages 16 and older. The App:

• Does not knowingly collect personal information from users under 16

• Does not contain advertising

• Does not include social networking features

• Processes all data locally on the device (no server-side data collection)

Users under 16 should not use this App. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 16 has provided information to the App, please contact us at phiannarekab@gmail.com and uninstall the App from the device.

Note: All app data is stored locally on the device. To delete data, uninstall the app or use the in-app "Clear All Data" option in Settings.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access your data stored in the app

Delete your data by uninstalling the app

Revoke third-party service permissions at any time

Disable optional features (like stock portfolio tracking) that share data with third parties

Request information about how your data is processed

7a. Data Access Requests

To request information about how your data is processed:

3. Include: Specific data categories you're inquiring about (e.g., email, calendar, location)

We will respond within 30 days with:

• Explanation of what data categories the app processes

• Where data is stored (all data is device-local; we do not collect or store data on our servers)

• Which third-party services may process data if enabled (Apple MapKit, Alpha Vantage, etc.)

• Instructions for viewing and deleting your local data

Important: We do not collect, store, or have access to your personal data. All data is:

• Stored locally on your device (iOS storage, keychain)

• Processed on-device using Apple Intelligence

• Only shared with third-party services YOU explicitly configure (with your own API keys)

To view or delete your data:

• iOS Settings → Privacy & Security (view app permissions)

• Consort App → Settings → Reset Options (clear cached data, reset settings, or factory reset)

• Uninstall the app (permanently deletes all local data)

• Manage subscriptions: iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

10. Data Retention
